PHD Team Ontario was created 4 years ago when founder Joshua Ross wanted to showcase the talent from the EAST. It started with a desire to show people that kids in the ETA - OMHA were just as good if not better than kids from the GTHL and other leagues across the Country and Province. We wanted to create a program where ELITE AAA hockey players could train, develop and learn how to play hockey the right way in their home town without driving hours into the city. We started recruiting players from each area, watched 100’s of games and started to build relationships so people understood the vision. We started with the 2010 born players and created the BEST team possible. We started to train as a group and entered into some of the BEST ELITE tournaments the spring and summer had to offer. NO ONE knew who we were and NO ONE gave us a chance. This group of young talented hockey players proved everyone wrong and made a name for themselves. Beating every BRICK team along the way, winning multiple ELITE tournaments and capping it off by winning THE BRICK SERIES “BATTLE OF THE WINDY CITY” in Chicago. From there the name was born…. The program was made….. This is what we do…..We give kids an opportunity to train with the best and TURN GREAT INTO ELITE!
