MAY 5th / 12th / 19th - 7:30pm to 8:30pm
MAY 26th, JUNE 9th AND 16th - 4pm to 5pm
Arena - South Courtice Arena - 1595 Prestonvale Rd, Courtice

Lead Instructor - Jeremy Murphy 

FOCUS: Dynamic edgework / footwork patterns / creating space / scoring at full speed. Classes run on a weekly and monthly progression.

FOR WHO: Players looking to add explosiveness to their game with the puck. Elude defenders with speed and deception while creating more scoring changes (Example: SIDNEY CROSBY)

Elite Defense Skate

FOCUS: Complete offensive and defensive training / advanced footwork / D specific scoring. Classes run on a weekly and monthly progression.

FOR WHO: Players looking to improve in D specific skills in all areas of the ice. Great for forwards as well (Example: CALE MAKAR)
