We offer elite, individual skill training for AAA hockey players.  Our classes are designed in progressions to build skill on the athletes during their offseason and to compliment and refine skills in season.  At PHD, we offer the following skill focuses: Technical / Power Skating | Explosive Agility Training with Pucks | Shooting & Scoring | Defense Specific Training | Dangle and Snipe | High Intensity Flow | Small Area Compete Training.  All programs are designed and executed by PHD skill coaches at a 5:1 ratio and use the latest technology in hockey development to maximize every session for the athlete “PHD TEAM ONTARIO – We turn GREAT into ELITE.  Professional Training for AAA Hockey Players.

WHEN: April to September 2022 

COST: $60 per hour (plus HST) - MAX OF 15 KIDS PER SESSION (5:1 RATIO) 

Please Note: After you have filled out the registration form, you MUST wait for a confirmation email from PHD indicating that you have been approved to enter the class.  We screen all participates to ensure they are at the right level to attend each session.  Once you have been approved you can then purchase the class by clicking the PURCHASE SESSION button. If you don't follow this process and your child is not at the AAA level, you will be asked to leave and receive a refund.
